Properties: Manganous Oxide is grass green or gray green cubic crystal powder or octahedral crystal. The relative density is 5.43~5.46. The melting point is 1650°C. Dissociation and sublimation at 3400℃. Insoluble in water, soluble in acid and ammonium chloride. In the hot concentrated ammonium chloride solution, manganese chloride and ammonia are formed.
